About the Role
Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and elective post-operative cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and elective post-operative cases.
- Adhere to Nuffield Health's values and beliefs, which emphasize enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring behavior.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation strategies for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on return to sports and optimal functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, AHPS, and consultants, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of care.
Requirements
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong understanding of the UK private healthcare market.
- Strong MSK skills, with experience in planning rehabilitation strategies for return to sports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Competent and confident IT user, with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
