Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and elective post-operative cases.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, AHPS, and consultants, to optimize patient health and recovery.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation strategies for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including planning for return to sports.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of care.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Experience of working in a private healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of the UK private healthcare market.
  • Strong MSK skills, with experience of planning rehabilitation strategies for return to sports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Competent and confident IT user, with strong organization skills.
