Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

About the Role

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and elective post-operative orthopedic cases.
  • Working within a multidisciplinary team to optimise the health and recovery of our patients.
  • Ensuring on-going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided and participating in clinical audit and other quality assurance processes.
  • Adhering to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, which include being enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Physiotherapist, you will need:

  • A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Demonstrated evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner.
  • Working knowledge of the UK private healthcare market and experience of orthopaedic rehabilitation.
  • Strong MSK skills with experience of planning rehabilitation strategies for return to sports.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
  • Competent and confident IT skills, with strong organisation skills, as we utilise an E-record system for notes.
