The Sales Order Processor position at Insite Finance involves working within a dynamic manufacturing and production environment that supplies a range of wholesale equipment to renowned household brands. This role is essential in managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial processing through to stock management and delivery coordination.
As a permanent member of a friendly and supportive team, you will receive comprehensive training aimed at enhancing your skills. We are looking for a dedicated individual with prior office experience, particularly in customer interactions via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming customer orders efficiently
- Verify pricing, stock levels, and delivery schedules
- Generate quotations upon request
- Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and the external sales team through effective communication
- Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods
- Achieve personal and team customer service KPIs and targets
- Address customer complaints with suitable solutions and alternatives
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with 3PL warehouses to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to various personalities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and time management
- Experience in a fast-paced office setting (2 to 3 years preferred)
- Highly computer literate with a quick adaptability to new systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A collaborative team player
- Willingness to learn and grow
What We Offer:
- Base salary of £28,000 per annum

- Attractive bonus potential of up to 20% annually
- 25 days of annual leave plus statutory holidays

- Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
