- The ability to lead meetings and ensure follow-up on agreed actions.
- Experience in delivering both individual and group interventions.
- A willingness to pursue ongoing training and professional development.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Word, TEAMS, PowerPoint, Excel, and email for report generation and data management.
