Role Overview

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Management: Develop, oversee, and evaluate comprehensive project plans to ensure effective execution across various initiatives, aligning with key performance indicators and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with external collaborators to guarantee timely delivery of program components, consistently meeting or surpassing expectations.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage a portion of the annual budget, approximately £750k, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Impact Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations of progress and outcomes with delivery partners, contributing to a holistic impact analysis for stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our programs.
  • Volunteer Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal teams to promote volunteer opportunities, encouraging participation from BT Group colleagues.
  • Event Coordination: Design and execute regional events to raise awareness of our social impact initiatives, working alongside community leaders and volunteers to ensure successful outcomes.
