About the Role

Verra Mobility is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their programs are successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
    • Proactively engage with clients to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Program Health and Analytics
    • Conduct regular reviews of program health metrics to identify areas of concern or opportunities for optimization.
    • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve program performance.
    • Provide regular reporting and analytics to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Operations and Coordination
    • Collaborate with internal departments and business units to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve client issues and concerns.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency with data analysis and self-directed research.
    • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
    • Adaptability and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence software.
    • Familiarity with photo enforcement in general.

Travel Requirements

There may be an expectation of some travel for client visits and conferences (approximately 10%).
