About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving retail excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance.
  • Experience with sales analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
