Job Title: Female Complex Care Assistant

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team in the Stanford le Hope area. As a Care Worker, you'll provide care and support to a 6-year-old male client with complex needs, including Leukodystrophy, Dystonia, Epilepsy, Buccle, and Suctioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to the client, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement a personalized care plan.
  • Administer medication and perform suctioning procedures as required.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Monitor the client's condition and report any changes or concerns to the client's family and healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • DBS/PVG check and references.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
