Job Title: Compliance Review Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Review Officer to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment Careers. As a Compliance Review Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our client's regulatory compliance and risk management practices are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff and Appointed Representatives to ensure they are treating customers fairly and delivering good customer outcomes.
  • Accurately record and report any findings and corrective actions taken.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a regulatory environment, with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
