About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Review Officer to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited. As a Compliance Review Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our client's compliance with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of client files to identify potential compliance risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  2. Provide coaching and guidance to members to improve their risk assessment skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a regulatory environment, with a strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards.
  2. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. CeMap qualification or willingness to work towards it.
Personal Qualities
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  2. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong desire to provide exceptional support and guidance to members.
Benefits
  1. Competitive salary range: £26-28k per annum (with CeMap qualification) or £23-25k per annum (with no CeMap but Mortgage Admin experience).
  2. Additional leave: 22 days plus bank holidays as standard, with the option to purchase more each year.

This is a permanent role, working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working arrangements will be available upon successful completion of your probation.
