Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of client files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and Appointed Representatives to ensure they are treating customers fairly and delivering good customer outcomes.
- Accurately record and report any findings and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Appointed Representatives and other business partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a regulatory environment, with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
