The Role: Digital Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Manager to lead our online presence and drive engagement with new and existing audiences. This is a crucial role within our Fundraising Directorate, as we aim to significantly expand our digital reach over the next few years.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance brand awareness, cultivate relationships with supporters, and drive online donations.
  • Manage and optimize our website, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective integration with fundraising platforms.
  • Create compelling content across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to engage target audiences and promote our mission.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance data to identify trends, measure success, and inform future strategies.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of online fundraising.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing and developing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
