Job Summary:
Thrive SW is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team. As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks for one dedicated client, including raising jobs, scheduling engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with service reports and job cards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise all jobs, schedule engineers and subcontractors for reactive, remedial and PPM jobs
- Raise contractor work orders
- Raise supplier purchase orders
- Ensure compliance service reports and job cards are completed for each job as required
- Create PPM Schedules
- Create Quotes
- Manage all data input onto customer portal
- Assist in managing all PPM activity across the clients buildings ensuring we remain compliant with all of our contractual and statutory obligations
- Develop and Maintain strong client relationships and report any service failures
- Ensure a consistent level of delivery is provided across all sites
Requirements:
- Previous knowledge and experience of planned and reactive contracts advantageous
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
