Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  2. Insurance Management: Oversee insurance matters, including documentation and claims management, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  3. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and reports, maintaining high standards of safety and risk management.
  4. Service Delivery: Strive to meet and exceed service level agreement targets, maximizing property assets for stakeholders.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Develop a reasonable understanding of mechanical, technical, and general building issues to make informed decisions and provide insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. AIPRM or equivalent experience
  2. Proven experience in block property management or a similar role
  3. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  4. Knowledge of insurance matters and claims handling
  5. Familiarity with Health and Safety compliance in property management
  6. Commitment to delivering high service standards and exceeding service level agreements
  7. Technical understanding of building issues is desirable
