Main Responsibilities

As a Quality Compliance Manager, you will provide leadership and support to our support staff, working closely with our Director of Services (DoS) to ensure the highest standards of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct supervisions and annual appraisals for designated service managers
  • Provide care and support in accordance with current best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure multidisciplinary teamwork is embedded in your designated services
  • Visit services and complete full quarterly audits, producing reports on findings and relaying them to the service manager, MD, and DoS
  • Support the service manager to ensure training and competencies for support staff are up to date
  • Complete end of month payroll checks as directed by DoS and produce month-end reports for operations manager
  • Maintain own skills and knowledge at a current level, undertaking training and development as required
Additional Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Participating in the Performance Management process for service managers and deputy managers who are not meeting expected standards
  • Being part of the recruitment process for new service managers and inducting and mentoring new managers into the role
  • Ensuring the persons supported are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
  • Supporting service managers with the supervision of staff and ensuring all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service
  • Supporting service managers to organise and coordinate care delivery in accordance with current best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Working closely with designated service managers to ensure the service complies with the Care Quality Commission regulations
  • Attending team meetings and contributing to service delivery
  • Attending MDT and outside professional meetings as required
  • Dealing with any safeguarding issues as required
  • Participating in any disciplinary proceedings as required
