Main Responsibilities

As a Quality Compliance Manager at Orbis Support, you will provide leadership to support staff within your services, working closely with the Director of Services (DoS) to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support. Your key responsibilities will include conducting supervisions and annual appraisals for designated service managers, providing care and support in accordance with current best practices, and ensuring multidisciplinary teamwork is embedded in your designated services.

Key Duties

• Conduct supervisions and annual appraisals for designated service managers
• Provide care and support in accordance with current best practices
• Ensure multidisciplinary teamwork is embedded in your designated services
• Visit services and complete full quarterly audits, producing reports on findings and relaying them to the service manager, MD, and DoS
• Support the service manager to ensure training and competencies for support staff are up to date
• Complete end of month payroll checks as directed by DoS and produce month end reports for operations manager
• Maintain own skills and knowledge at a current level, undertaking such training and development as may be required to maintain practices as up to date
