About the Role

Vermelo RPO is seeking a highly skilled Account Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist our Key Account Manager with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing documentation to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account-related activities, communications, and interactions to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely responses and resolution of issues, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Onboarding Process: Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners/customers, ensuring a smooth transition and timely implementation of services or products to meet their needs.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information, set up accounts, and support with training to identify opportunities for process improvements and service enhancement.
  • Client Feedback: Communicate client feedback and insights to relevant teams to inform product/service improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and updates for our Key Account Manager and leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities within the accounts.
Requirements
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build effective relationships at all levels, fostering trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: High level of interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organization and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • CRM Experience: Solid experience with CRM software to manage client relationships and data.
  • Client Focus: Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all interactions.
