Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage technical support cases, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends to provide expert advice and support to clients.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in server and infrastructure support, with a strong background in Microsoft operating systems and firewall technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, including servers, desktops, and network devices.
