About the Role

As a Continuous Improvement Facilitator at Systems Engineering & Assessment (SEA), you will play a key role in driving business excellence across our organization. We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Continuous Improvement function, providing expertise and guidance to teams to identify and implement improvements in productivity, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate improvement events across cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement business improvement initiatives and Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies for Continuous Improvement in support of the Head of Business Assurance.
  • Collaborate with business areas to facilitate and lead Continuous Improvement projects, utilizing Kaizen and DMAIC methodologies.
  • Provide Continuous Improvement support to project teams as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate successful improvement event workshop sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and working experience of Continuous Improvement projects, with the ability to see projects through to delivery and closure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
