Job Title: Continuous Improvement Facilitator

SEA is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Facilitator to support the company's business assurance function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing improvement expertise, role modeling, and monitoring multiple technical and continuous improvement projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate improvement events across cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement business improvement initiatives and CI.
  • Contribute to the strategy for Continuous Improvement in support of the Head of Business Assurance.
  • Lead improvement opportunities through an efficient and effective manner to generate KPIs, processes, and metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Support the development and delivery of continuous improvement training programs, including Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, and Design for Lean Six Sigma.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and facilitate successful improvement event workshop sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support the facilitation of CI across the SEA business to enable the facilitation of the continuous improvement pipeline of opportunities.
  • Provide Continuous Improvement support to project teams as required.
  • Work closely with business areas to facilitate and lead CI, utilizing Kaizen and DMAIC methodologies.
  • Have knowledge and working experience of Continuous Improvement projects, with the ability to see projects through to delivery and closure.
