As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and providing proactive planning and advisory services in collaboration with our team of accountants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and success.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate various projects for clients, including valuations, cash flow forecasts, and restructuring.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including accounts preparation and tax return computations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement new processes, systems, and controls to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft software
- Valid UK driving license
