Telesales Executive Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering on small commercial telephone sales targets and supporting the development of new business pipeline through high-quality and targeted customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver small commercial telephone sales targets and support the development of new business pipeline through high-quality and targeted customer service.
  • Outbound calls to existing and potential clients, obtaining general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team to quote.
  • Positively impact Agency sales through prospecting new clients.
  • Produce up-to-date records for every customer interaction and contact, including regularly reviewing and updating data records to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in a way which complies with relevant external legislation and regulation, internal compliance and other procedures and local Agency policies and processes.
  • Support the business development team with campaigns, helping to deliver upon required call volumes and converting leads into opportunities.
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects and/or other duties as required, to support the delivery of business strategy and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in targeted telesales/sales role or appointment generator role.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good IT skills especially Microsoft Office and the ability to effectively use NFU Mutual systems.
  • Own transport & full UK driving licence.
