About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Mechanical Department Head at B&Q. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the mechanical department, including supervising staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control departmental budgets, ensuring that costs are minimized and resources are utilized effectively.
