Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership to the Commercial Property Department, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Mentor and develop a team of legal professionals, empowering them to reach their full potential and contribute to the department's success.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand the practice area, identifying new business opportunities and forging valuable partnerships.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with all regulatory requirements, upholding the highest ethical standards within the department.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practicing certificate.
  • Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, demonstrated through successful team building and performance management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicating complex legal concepts and providing tailored solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial property law, including relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex legal challenges with precision and effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
