About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager/Care Coordinator to join our team at Archangel Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supporting our Registered Manager in developing our existing branch in Winsford.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Our customers are varied and mainly referred from the local authority, requiring a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our customers
  • Provide support and guidance to our care team to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Collaborate with our Registered Manager to develop and implement new services and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of adult care principles and practices
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
