About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Analytics Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Trading Optimization team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business processes and drive cultural change.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior analytics role, with a strong track record of delivering business value through data-driven insights.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of analysts.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and big data platforms, with a strong understanding of data structure and governance.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders and technical teams.
