About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at BES Group. As an EV Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of EV infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of EV projects from conception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Manage project budgets and perform valuations to ensure financial accountability and profitability, reviewing and challenging pricing structures to enhance cost-effectiveness.
  • Approve project designs and ensure they meet regulatory standards and client expectations, interfacing with group Health & Safety to ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring contracts are clear and adhered to, coordinating with Distribution Network Operators and managing any necessary variations to project plans.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for project clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, facilitating regular update meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
