Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Working Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising 10-15 employees on commercial projects such as schools and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical maintenance teams on commercial projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Working Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of electrical maintenance principles, practices, and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
