People Operations Manager

Job Summary
Combe Coastal Practice is undertaking a significant management restructure due to the retirement of some of its senior management team. As part of this exciting and visionary restructure, we are looking for an individual who is willing to become part of the new management team.
This role is advertised for 32-36 hours spread over 4-5 days as per the business need. Specific hours and cover can be discussed at interview stage.
Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will take management responsibility for the People Pillar, working alongside a designated GP Partner with protected time to develop, manage, and initiate the relevant work streams. They will have management responsibility for the people and staffing aspects of work undertaken by the practice, which will include administrative teams as well as clinical teams.
They will be expected to implement evolution to our working systems/practices to meet the needs of our patients and business. They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including clinical, administrative, and PCN staff. They will also be expected to work directly with patients where needed.
