We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our team at Health Education and Improvement Wales. As a key member of our project team, you will provide administrative support to assist with the planning and delivery of projects, work packages, or products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to assist with the planning and delivery of a program/project to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Work within clearly defined standard processes, escalating risks and issues to the appropriate senior staff as they arise.

Job Requirements

  • Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
  • Experience of working within a demanding/high intensity administrative setting.
  • Experience of successful team working.
  • Developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Able to plan and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines and deal effectively with conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and equally effective as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficient in use of standard IT packages, Microsoft Office with the ability to master new applications.
