About the Role

The Digital Project Support Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation of Digital Team project deliverables and the progression and monitoring of projects through their life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and facilitate detailed analysis work to contribute to the development of Digital Team project deliverables.
  • Work closely with the PCIC Digital Resource Team and associated health boards to understand local readiness for change and identify, define, and deliver a change approach that ensures project success.
  • Deliver specific analytical work across the Clinical Board to understand current business processes, develop new digital business processes, and evaluate benefits identified for each project.
  • Contribute to the implementation of changes to workflow management and work with practitioner teams to complete detailed analysis on business processes and make recommendations where necessary.
  • Maintain relationships with operational staff through professional conduct and provision of professional documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience in an Information role.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suites at an advanced level, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of existing and Clinical Board digital systems and ability to support the implementation of new solutions.
  • Ability to familiarize and learn new technologies and systems to support roll-out to staff.
