About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Bedford College Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and high-quality front of house service to customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Support the team with administrative duties, including managing computerized and manual record systems.
  • Take responsibility for the efficient running of the front desk/reception area, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with customers, staff, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Manage a busy and challenging work environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have:

  • English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads, with a high level of flexibility and resilience.
