Insurance Policy Review Handler

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Policy Review Handler to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an Insurance Policy Review Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify customer details and policy information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Investigate potential misrepresentation and non-disclosure cases at policy creation and claims stages.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to policy coverage and accuracy.
  • Perform general administration duties related to insurance policies and account details.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £23,400, rising to £25,500 after passing probation.
  • A discretionary annual bonus.
  • A flexible working arrangement, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
  • 26 days of holiday plus 8 flexible bank holidays and an extra day of annual leave.
