About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisation Development Advisor to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our Organisational Development and Culture team, you will play a vital role in delivering our People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development
    • Support the Head of OD and Culture in designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
    • Manage our Learning Management System to ensure all colleagues have access to and complete mandatory training.
  • Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain relationships across the organisation to understand skill gaps and training needs.
    • Facilitate and deliver training sessions to support our front-line colleagues.
  • Culture Development
    • Contribute to the improvement of employee performance and the development of a strong learning and development culture.
    • Help maintain and develop our organisational culture, ensuring our values and mission remain at the heart of everything we do.
About You
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Experience in facilitating and delivering training sessions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • UK driving licence advantageous but not essential.
