**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Organisation Development Specialist to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering our Organisational Development and Culture workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of OD and Culture in designing and delivering training and wellbeing interventions to enhance the skills and performance of our workforce.
- Manage our Learning Management System to ensure that all colleagues have access to and complete their statutory and mandatory learning.
- Build relationships across the organisation to identify skill support training and development needs and provide effective solutions to our front-line colleagues.
- Contribute to driving forward the improvement of employee performance and the development of a strong learning and development culture, leading to improved outcomes for our patients.
- Maintain and develop our organisational culture, keeping our values and mission at the heart of everything we do, to build a skilled and cohesive workforce working towards shared goals.
About You
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners
- Experience in facilitating and delivering training sessions
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- UK driving licence advantageous but not essential
