About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Organisation Development Advisor to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our People Strategy, you will play a vital role in delivering organisational development and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of OD and Culture in designing and delivering training and wellbeing interventions to enhance workforce performance.
- Manage the Learning Management System to ensure all colleagues have access to mandatory learning and training.
- Build relationships across the organisation to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training and development programs.
- Drive forward the improvement of employee performance and contribute to the development of a strong learning and development culture.
- Maintain and develop our organisational culture, ensuring our values and mission remain at the heart of everything we do.
About You
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Experience in facilitating and delivering training sessions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
What We Offer
- Permanent opportunity.
- Competitive salary range £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
