About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisation Development Advisor to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our People Strategy, you will play a vital role in delivering organisational development and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of OD and Culture in designing and delivering training and wellbeing interventions to enhance workforce performance.
  • Manage the Learning Management System to ensure all colleagues have access to mandatory learning and training.
  • Build relationships across the organisation to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training and development programs.
  • Drive forward the improvement of employee performance and contribute to the development of a strong learning and development culture.
  • Maintain and develop our organisational culture, ensuring our values and mission remain at the heart of everything we do.

About You

  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Experience in facilitating and delivering training sessions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
