Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organisation Development Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our People Strategy, you will play a vital role in driving forward the improvement of employee performance and building a strong learning and development culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of OD and Culture in organising and delivering training and wellbeing interventions to support the workforce.
  • Manage the Learning Management System to ensure all colleagues have access and maintain completion for statutory and mandatory learning.
  • Build relationships across the organisation to understand skill support training and development needs and facilitate successful support to front-line colleagues.
  • Drive forward the improvement of employee performance and build a strong learning and development culture, leading to improved outcomes for patients.
  • Maintain and develop our culture, keeping our values and mission at the heart of what we do, to build a skilled and cohesive workforce working towards shared goals.

About You

  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Experience in facilitating and delivering training sessions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight and often changing deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • UK driving licence advantageous but not essential.
