We are seeking a highly skilled Organisation Development Specialist to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our Organisational Development and Culture team, you will play a vital role in driving forward the improvement of employee performance and building a strong learning and development culture.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of OD and Culture in organising and delivering training and wellbeing interventions and learning opportunities to support the workforce.
- Build relationships across the organisation to understand any skill support training and development that is required and be able to facilitate and deliver successful support to our front-line colleagues.
- Drive forward the improvement of employee performance and the building of a strong learning and development culture, leading to improved outcomes for our patients.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- UK driving licence advantageous but not essential.
