Job Title: Therapeutic Outreach Worker

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Outreach Worker to join our team at Polaris Children's Services. As a Therapeutic Outreach Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to children and families in need.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide therapeutic support to children and families in a community setting
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and other professionals
* Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services
* Identify and address the needs of service users, and develop plans to meet those needs
* Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements:**

* A degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling)
* Experience working with children and families in a community setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
