Humanities Educator – Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the Humanities curriculum.
  • Design and implement engaging lessons that captivate and challenge students.
  • Maintain a well-organized and professional classroom atmosphere, ensuring that all necessary resources are accessible.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department and across the school.
  • Evaluate student performance, track their progress, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their academic development.
  • Consistently apply and uphold the school's policies and procedures.

Humanities Educator – Qualifications:

  • Possess QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification for Secondary education.
  • Have recent experience teaching Humanities in a mainstream educational environment.
  • Demonstrate effective classroom management and behavioral strategies.
  • Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.
