Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons that inspire and challenge students.
  • Maintain a well-organised and professional classroom environment, ensuring all resources are readily available.
  • Collaborate effectively with other staff members within the department and throughout the school.
  • Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Implement school policies consistently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification for teaching in Secondary schools.

  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • SEN experience is essential.
