- Analyse sales performance, conduct floor walks, and delegate key actions to the store team to drive commercial opportunity.
- Ensure compliance and audit-related activities are completed across the store.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify development needs and encourage open and honest feedback.
- Ensure the visual merchandising guide is followed to deliver an inspirational shopping experience.
We are looking for a candidate with previous retail management experience, ideally within a volume retailer. You should have a demonstrable track record of delivering high standards and KPIs, as well as strong leadership, listening, and communication skills.
You should also have good analytical ability and data interpretation skills, as well as the ability to develop others.
