About the Role

Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking a skilled Housing Options Officer to join their team on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in Housing and Homelessness Legislation to work with a local authority in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing housing options advice and support to clients
  • Assessing and managing cases of homelessness
  • Writing S184's and PHPs in accordance with legislation
  • Working closely with local authority teams to achieve housing outcomes
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Housing and Homelessness Legislation
  • Recent experience working in a local authority, writing S184's and PHPs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
