Job Opportunity

A dynamic and challenging role has become available for a seasoned and driven Sales Professional to join Calibre Candidates. This position focuses on regional sales in the South West of England, offering the flexibility to work from home with visits to clients within the region. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth for this region, building your own pipeline and client base. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to build relationships quickly. There is excellent earning potential with uncapped OTE.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively make outbound calls and identify new business opportunities
  • Build a pipeline of new business clients
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Provide accurate quotations
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Attend client sites for face-to-face meetings
  • Deal with any customer queries
  • Maintain accurate information on the CRM


Requirements:
  • Self-motivated, 'can-do' attitude
  • Previous B2B sales experience with a focus on outbound new business calls
  • Any experience of Advertising Sales advantageous
  • Great telephone skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • License and own transport
