We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Advisor to join our team at City Calling - Recruitment Agency and Jobs in Harr. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities for various construction and fit-out projects across multiple sites in the North of England and London and other key locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment activities for various construction and fit-out projects across multiple sites.
- Negotiate competitive rates with external staffing agencies to ensure cost-effective hiring.
- Build, maintain, and update a comprehensive database of skilled workers, enabling quick turnaround on staffing needs for recurring roles.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to placement and onboarding.
- Work closely with site managers and project teams to identify staffing requirements and proactively fill roles.
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the construction or fit-out sector.
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience managing relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience maintaining staffing databases and resource management.
- Ability to work across multiple locations and handle varying priorities.
