We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at NHS Blood and Transplant. As a key player in our new approach to recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring its success.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a recruitment service for all post and apply and volume/cohort vacancies.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment administration for allocated vacancies using our Applicant Tracking System (eRecruitment) and Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.
- Provide recruitment specialist advice to hiring managers, using eRecruitment to meet customer needs and achieve successful outcomes.
- Engage with candidates to ensure the best possible recruitment experience as their first contact with NHSBT.
- Liaise with the Recruiter for Brand and Attraction to ensure the appropriate promotion of vacancies.
- Experience in providing good customer care.
- Experience of working in a busy office environment, using office equipment, handling conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge and understanding of the need for confidentiality.
- Broad awareness and interest in current digital technology and social media.
- NVQ level 4 in Customer Service, Administration, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or ITQ2, or CLAIT II, or OCR (RSA) level 3 in text/word processing, or demonstrable workplace experience.
