Change Communications Lead

La Fosse is seeking an experienced Change Communications Lead to join our team and play a key role in our large-scale business transformation. As a Change Communications Lead, you will be responsible for creating and delivering clear, consistent messaging that drives understanding and adoption of change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change communication strategy to support our transformation programme
  • Create engaging content and communications plans to inform and involve employees at all levels
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication of change initiatives
  • Embed best practice communication methodologies throughout the organisation
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to support a smooth transition

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change communications, with a track record of creating and delivering effective communication strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Hands-on experience engaging and communicating with colleagues and senior stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience embedding best-in-class communication methodologies

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + benefits
