About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Communications Lead to join our team at BSI. As a key member of our Change Communications team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver change communication strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define the core narrative and key messaging for change initiatives.
  • Lead the development of change communication campaigns across various channels.
  • Provide strategic counsel and coaching to senior leaders and project sponsors on change messaging and engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change communications initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate communications of change-related updates.
  • Manage and collaborate with a team of Change Communication professionals to provide guidance, support, and foster their professional growth.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Change Communications and engagement.
  • Demonstrable line management experience.
  • High level of strategic thinking and management within Change Communications.
  • Experience adapting communications to varying audiences.
  • Previous experience in culture and behavioral change is highly beneficial.
