About the Role

This is a key position within Breast Cancer Now, responsible for the management and development of the Here for You delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and line managing support officers and volunteers who make initial and follow-up calls to primary and secondary breast cancer patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Here for You delivery team to ensure patients receive timely and trusted information and support
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Liaise with the Helpline team to ensure effective communication and support

About You

We are seeking an experienced team leader with a passion for delivering high-quality patient support services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams, developing strategies, and improving patient outcomes. They will be a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to creating an inclusive work environment.
